About Me
Hello! My name is Megan Leon and I am an Employee Experience Senior Associate Consultant. In this role, I create innovative, award-winning communication and change management strategies, foster trusting relationships with clients, and use employee insights to empower them to implement communication and employee engagement tools.
In December 2018, I graduated early from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a management concentration, and minors in Communication Management and Design as well as Education Studies. This unique combination provided me with a strong business foundation, a passion for communications, and the ability to understand how to best help people grow.
Through my graduate coursework at The George Washington University, I cultivated my critical thinking and reflection skills, strengthened my leadership capabilities, and learned how to continue making a positive impact on the development of others.
